...that title sounded perverted. Good. So is this ficlet.
I wrote this for
sykkea the other day, when she wrote me a little something. I couldn't help it. I had to do it. I've been poking Resonance of Fate clips lately and everything in my head is pervy because of it, ah-heh.
Damn, I miss Ar Tonelico fandom (or, er...what there WAS of it) sometimes.
"I'm still not sure I get it," Aurica murmured, uncertain. "I can just...put it wherever, and it doesn't really matter?"
"For the most part. I mean, where you put it definitely decides the effect. But sure, if you feel strongly enough about it, I guess it could go anywhere." Misha's fingers drummed softly on the sheets. "Why the sudden interest, though? You're doing fine as it is, right? If it works, no need to change things up."
"Yes, well - it...it never hurts to be prepared, and well, since it's kind of my first time...you know, doing that..." A nervous laugh stuttered off the end of the statement.
"Aw, aren't you cute." Misha grinned, playfully patting her companion on the head. "You realize he's going to like it no matter what you do, right? Just because it's you."
Flushing brilliant red, Aurica swatted the hand away and looked up at Misha, her tone suddenly laced with a rare hint of steel. "You can't tell me you weren't just as nervous your first time!"
"Well, I--" Now it was Misha's turn to redden, but she quickly laughed it off. "Of course I was. All I'm saying is, you're going to do just fine no matter what, okay?"
"I'm glad you can have so much faith in me." Aurica drooped, then shook her head and plucked up the rest of her courage. "...Sorry. Let's go over it one more time?"
An amused smile was on Misha's lips as she tolerantly rolled her eyes, taking a breath to explain again. "Fine, but just one more, okay? Now, the main emotion word that decides the effect of the hymn..."
...me? Evil? Perish the thought. ♥
